until now...

Anyone have any advice on what to get now?

Edit: Well, I deleted Norton and got Malwarebytes along with using Windows Defender again since some people said it's okay.

AVIRA has been my first choice for the last few years. Avast! was my runner-up. :)

That's the worst A/V I've ever tried. Even McAfee never gave me as much grief as Bitdefender.

Norton is good but unfortunately it thinks that many games in steam are infected. I recommend Avast! In my opinion it's best of free antiviruses.

I use Avast and Malwarebytes. Only thing I don't like about Avast is, they removed their Sandbox from the free version. :/

Personally, I'd go with either Avast! or MSE for the antivirus part, plus a regular Malwarebyte scan.

Try again now. It did this my friend and me. I tried again later and it worked for me

Most Anti-Virus programs have false positives. I've had two with F-Secure. Some Steam games :D

To be honest I've been using Norton for many years and not even once have I had a problem with it. If you know how to set it up right then you'll love this software.
