.-. that awkward moment when you realize you should've given away Dear Esther here and sent my gift Flatout to Playblink instead since it was a bundle game and I didn't realize that at the time, I thought I was giving away the better game here lol...
anyway it's cool. I just need to pay more attention the next time I happen upon some free deals. If they're on the bundle list for any reason, they're going to Reddit on playitforward or randomactsofgaming (as long as I'm giving it away it really matters not where)

Killing Floor is not on the list of bundle games nor does it has a * on the create a game.

It was in the bundle but it was purposely left out of the bundle list.
Why? You could get the entire bundle without KF for $4 but if you wanted to get KF it would cost an additional $6.
It's been for sale on steam for less than that so it's not really a good deal and could not be abused.

I hope CG's thinking of ways to implement that relative points method or whatever it is called instead of this flawed Bundle Games List method.
I don't know who suggested it first or at which site came up with it, but the idea of games values changing based on the frequency of their recent giveaways is a great idea.
Games would start at a point value equal to their full Steam Sale prices.
When someone makes a giveaway for a game, that game's point value would drop by one.
*Everyday all games would regain a point back, until returning to their full price once again.
So we can start encouraging people to make giveaways of different games instead of punishing them by guessing how they bought their gift.

I've recently added some missing/overlooked games to the Bundle Games list, so some of you may have seen your contributor drop and since I've seen a lot of threads/complaining regarding this I thought I'd try to clear it up a little.
One game in question has caused some controversy, Nuclear Dawn. This was originally marked as a bundle game but was removed by cg. I've readded it as it is a bundle game. Even if many of the copies given away on SG were not around the time of the bundle the copies that were given away were free copies from the developers. Also, many people who got the free copy got it because they had the bundle to begin with.
Another note, even though these games are called "bundle games" it does not mean that this list is restricted to bundles only. Large scale developer giveaways are also included like the Lucid/Faerie Solitaire Reddit giveaways or the Summer Seal giveaways.
Finally, another complaint I've heard often is people don't know what games are considered bundle games. There are two ways you can check this,
