Nice idea, wrong person to do it. Not only is your spelling awful, giving people the worry any answer you give isn't correct, I honestly doubt you could answer a lot of the questions support gets anyway.

No, if you do that, when the new system is implemented (One that checks that everyone who has won a giveaway has that game, and those that have made a giveaway for a game have given that person the game) those who violate it will be banned. Meaning you AND this other person. This is to prevent abuse to the contribution system. So I recommend a re-roll.
