Fix #1 (January 23, 16:30 BRT): I made a mistake on all items. The original items were ! - 04:19, ! + 07:29, ! + 05:02, ! - 02:29 and ! - 06:09, but the correct ones are ! - 04:04, ! + 07:14, ! + 05:17, ! - 02:14 and ! - 06:24. I also replaced ! - 02:14 with its positive equivalent ! + 10:16 and changed the order that the items were listed because it isn't relevant. All fixed now.

- 09:00 + 05:17 = 14:17 AKA 02:17
- 09:00 + 10:16 = 19:16 AKA 07:16

After looking up these times in the clock, you would have found 4-W, 3-M, 1-O, 5-N, 2-E. Ordering these characters and taking into consideration that only one letter was uppercase would have given you Oemwn, which was the giveaway code.

Hm. Had another brief look at this and I might have an idea or two, but ... well, testing them takes a little bit of work/focus (and I'm tired) ... and they seem too obvious, so if they were right, someone would probably have solved this already ... I'll have to play around with this tomorrow.

Yeah I guess it isn't :P None of my ideas worked, but maybe they weren't any good anyway (apart from the very obvious ones). At least not good in a "Eureka! This fits so perfectly, this has to be the solution!" way ... maybe it'll come to me, or maybe I'll just wait for more hints -- right now it just feels like random poking.
(Oh and btw: I'm with the others who say the easy one doesn't seem easier :) Seems I can't even get the first time right -- that makes me feel pretty stupid :)

Hello puzzlers. I finally managed to afford a bundle and create my first puzzle of 2016. I actually had this idea last week, but I was saving it for my Finish Line, since I was going to make it a monthly event, but I decided that it would be too much work, so I'll keep it annual. I also haven't forgotten that I owe you a Patience & Claim train, and it's probably coming in April. Your tickets are safe. :)

Since I thought of everything but the letter cases (I thought of using the pointers for that, but it would be too complicated), this hint will help you bruteforce it with a maximum of 5 tries: only one letter is uppercase, the rest is lowercase.
