So yeah I got 60 euros saved up for GTAV (If It's ever coming to PC) but there also also great games coming to Steam which I'd love to get. Definitely not getting CoD this year cuz I've gotten sicken tired of it. Anyways should I get some other great game or wait for GTAV because I might not have money by the time It gets released if I buy something else.

Why are people whining so much? If you go out and work, you can afford a lot of games. But whining on a online forum will not get you anywhere. People like you are the worst kind on sg.

edit: you are probably 15 yo and your mom buys your games.

I know what I'm saving up for, Witcher 3.

It's not about the money for me, i could afford them ... which is why I give away games.

It's more about what games I want to play and have the time to play. I'm not going to buy another assassins creed and I'll not get SR4 any time soon. The only game I'm really waiting for is GTA V, and all others I'd easily pass getting for myself. Cause I'm a busy person these days.

I never buy games at full price. Heck I only once paid over $10 for a game

I only buy AAA games when the price is cut. 30€ max on console, usually less. it's just a matter of patience.

Never paid more than 10 euros for a game, not that I wouldn't but I can't afford doing such thing.

I never buy at full price... that just seems ridiculous to me, and I sure can't afford it anyways. I can use that money for so many other more important things.

Saints Row 4 is crap that will give you a few days to a week worth of fun, at the most. How is that game going to last anyone a year who isn't 10 years old and half-retarded?

I've stopped doing that because I refuse to pay full price any longer, I wait for sales now, this is the first year that I haven't bought a single game at full price

GTA V won't be on PC for at least 5 to 8 months from now. However, I wouldn't spend $60 on anything else that is out now. Even something like Skyrim Legendary you can find for $30-40.

I rarely pay full price any more for games. Either get them from a webshop for 30% less than what steam sells it for (I don't deal with the Russian key resellers, those would be even cheaper if you're comfortable with it) or I just wait for sales and get a few great games for 75% off.

Just buy the games after 1 or 2 years. They're still as much fun then as they are at launch. I've paid on average less than 5 € for each game I bought this year. I think I bought like 10 or a few more. Why pay 60 € for one (and that doesn't even include DLC) when u can buy like 12 complete 'old' games with that money. Games aren't worth 60 € to me.

Only for GTA5 I might make an exeption but that game is by faaaaaar the best game ever, like GTA SA was some years ago.

60 euros = 80 USD. Most triple A games cost $5 if you buy them when you should be buying them. On your budget, I could be buying 16 AAA games per year. I would never spend that much money on games in a year because I'm better with my money than that. Spending 60 euros on games is pretty stupid unless you're making a lot of money.

I'm still trying to play the AAA games I've got on X-mas sale ._. and get close to the ones from summer sale.
When you have a backlog as most guys on steam you don't need to worry about getting AAA's at full price.

I never hyped with current new AAA releases anyway...from BF4 until long-awaited Watch Dogs. Dunno, I still have plenty of games in my backlog that more interests me. Maybe I would buy those new releases in next two or three years when it hit big sale.

Nope.

I make about $45-$65 a month if i'm lucky. My dad doesn't like me, so once a year he'll send me a AAA bribe game in the mail just so he won't have to have any contact with me. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't be gaming at all at this point.

I am in my 30's with a decent job. No Wife, no kids. So yeah, I can afford any amount of games I want. Let's put it this way, I have enough disposable income that I bought the Nvidia Shield.
