A dessert, but dessert is a food after all, so:

Kanafeh, which is spelled here (Turkey) like ku-na-feh, the best dessert ever happened.

I'm from the US, but I always remember the pizza from a small pizza shop in Oberammergau, Germany. When I was there, it snowed the most it had snowed in 150 years - about 6 feet! Tunnels had to be dug rather than sidewalks shoveled!

It's most likely either sweet and sour pork or spicy Korean pork.

I'm a burger guy. I love making a bacon cheeseburger with a twist:

Chop up pan-fried bacon into little bits. Melt cheddar cheese and combine with bacon bits. Form two patties with a little indenture from minced beef tartar. and put on the barbequeue grill with the indented part facing downwards to cook. Then you add the cheese-bacon mix in the little dent you created and seal the two halves.

There you go, you got an inside out bacon cheeseburger. Add an fried egg sunny side up and lettuce and fresh tomatoes and some relish if you like.

I love that stuff right there :D
