LOl the Op hasn't even played Half life 1 so it may be difficult for him to understand the origin of Half life series. Thats why go and play half life 1 or Black Mesa 1st and then go to Half life 2. Well for me hl2 will always be my favourite game not only because of awesome story- line but because it was so ahead of its time and I solely believe it changed the history of gaming by introducing the in game physics.I have played HL1 and HL2 and all the episodes countless times so I can truely say that and By the way haven't you met the most badass person yet G- Man xD. And please don't you dare say Hl is over-rated -_- and please complete the game before making vague acquisition.

Well, Half Life is my favorite game ever and the 2 is the second on the top and everyone is entitled to their own opinion (even if it's bad ones :b) but the lack of arguments and bad writing kind of show that either you are a 12 years old, or you never played PC games before today...

Are you even aware you are playing 10 years old game? If you would give it 80/100 today, I guess that's a very good score for a game that old. Trust me, back in the day, it deserved the score it got.

you are obviously a younger person, cause when i switched from doom to medal of honor, vietkong, half life etc. it was prety much an explosion in my head and disbelief of how is that possible, how did they create such amaizing games...

you just don't get it man... maybe it's not as impressive playing in in 2014 (i still think it is actually), but when hl2 came out it was leaps and bounds far beyond anything that came before it.. revolutionary is an understatement
