not so great for me considering I own most of these titles on Steam and not on GOG, so it wouldn't disclude them from pinata and I would be getting mostly duplicates on another platform, but still love GOG and still good deal for people who lacks most of the titles across all platforms not just GOG :>

I bought a Piñata just to support GOG in the first place. (It's so much better than Steam full of DRM)
... but did it have to be the worst game on the list? Come on GOG, you gave me Deponia??
So yeah, it was a donation to GOG haha

Yes = /
But it's relatively new. Many things are yet to change.
We can do our part supporting them = )

Well, I don't know if necro-ing a thread is a suspendable offense, but GOG is having another Piñata promo.
Here is a list of games reported on the list, although I believe others will be added.
I bought one piñata and got Cossacks 3, an RTS from 2016 that retails for 20 USD, but I never play RTS so it will just rot, sadly. But I mostly bought it to support GOG.
[Edit: bought another. Kyn. It's a game I never would have bought (because backlog), but it's nice to have it in my library and maybe I'll take it for a spin someday.]

GOG is having a sale, and it includes a deal that they call Indie Piñata, that you pay $3 and get a random game.
From their FAQ:
What is the Indie Piñata?
Every Indie Piñata costs $3
*
and includes a random indie game that we think you should play. The Piñata can include games anywhere from~$9.99 to ~$44.99
, so we promise you'll get a deal every time.(
*
or your local equivalent)If you're looking for more games (or don't like surprises) we're also running a promo on a selection of indie titles. These are a separate batch of games from the ones you'll find inside the Piñata. We'll also rotate the promo and Piñata lineup after three days, just so that things don't get too stale.
How do I get my Piñata?
Each Piñata will be added directly to your cart, so go through the checkout to find out what you got. You can do this up to 25 times per cart.
What if I own all the games in the Piñata?
We're making sure that you only find games that you don't have yet. But if you already own every game hidden in the Piñata, we'll convert your spare copies to a gift.
So I can gift a Piñata?
Yes! You can send your friends a random game as well. Select "Gift This Order" during checkout and share the joy.
How long will the Indie Piñata promo last?
The Indie Piñata promo will last until 9/18/2015, 9:59AM GMT.
I tried it, and I got Shadow Warrior (2013), which I think was a good deal. :)
If you buy it, please post below what you got, so people know what's available! They had a headline about this, but it's been removed... So, the FAQ will have to do. :)
EDIT: Here is a list from the forums with a compilation of the possible games in the piñata. So, please, post if you get something that's not there yet. :) Thank you, rachellove!
EDIT 2: They're back with it. Here's the new list from the forums. Thanks, trentjaspar!
