Well, I claim every bundle I purchase, so everything is associated with my account. For sites like Humble that have individual bundle links, I bookmark those and save the e-mails with them. For others that mainly use a collection / your account page, I bookmark that; I also do this for sites like Humble, because they usually have a similar page as well. I have a spreadsheet with a bunch on info on my Steam games, and one tab is for extra keys, so when I don't activate a key from a bundle (because I already own the game), I try to remember to add it to the spreadsheet. I usually note when it's giftable through the site's system as opposed to just a key to copy/paste in order to redeem. The actual key though stays on the web site, except in a few cases, like when I got a key from a Facebook promo and had to write it down somewhere because they didn't e-mail it.

Evernote. Saves me a lot of time, and I can access from everywhere.

Google Sheets! I keep a publicly viewable variant that lists titles (and their distribution platforms) of my tradeable game keys, synchronized using Google Sheet queries. Makes it a lot easier to manage. On the downside, if anyone ever gains unauthorized access to my Google account...'~'

Here's my spreadsheet which I update every few months and then let friends and siblings write down what they want, and pass out the keys.

A 4-page spreadsheet.
Since most of my unredeemed keys are games I already own or don't want I've broken them up by cost. Divisions are roughly $0-15, $16-40, and $40+. I use the keys as prizes or gifts among my circle of gaming friends. Each page has the game title, number of keys, and the DRM on those keys (Steam, Origin, etc).
The 4th page is for keys I'm going to or am interested in claiming. Mostly this is multiplayer games I hope to win a copy of here so I can give my copy to a friend and have someone to play with.

I WANT TO STEAL THEM.
Ok, no, just curiosity.
I keep mines in a .text file, isn't the best way but is the easiest, so some ideas wouldn't be bad.
