I use Open Hardware Monitor, it's free, open source and has widget for quick access - everything you need

I use Speccy & SpeedFan.

i use GPU-z for gpu ad coretemp for CPU. mostly because both of these can output to my lcd screen on my g510 keyboard so i can see all the info all the time no matter what im doing without an o screen overlay.
