I don't have one yet (maybe I'll get one with this bundle) but apparently it can be spent on Groupees.

You can't use Groupees Trading Coins on pre-orders rather and (based on Groupees Chat from Groupees - Steam Punk #4 Bundle from cyanic - Groupees HQ) trading the coins (between Groupees accounts) is not implemented yet. Groupees HQ - cyanic - is not sure when it will be implement, but it's in the pipeline. [Sorry for my English.]

If it goes 75% off on steam it will be 2,50.... Which is the same price as the bundle if you preorder... lol.
So you might as well buy it now since on steam you would only get the game itself, but with the bundle you will get Teslagrad + 4 extra games + 5 albums + 2 comics & 1 other so far unknown thing ! And you can also decide if 20% of the 2.50 $ will go to charity or not whereas on steam it will just go into Valve's pockets.

I'm having the same considerations, sadly, even though Crazy Steam Bros 2 doesn't look that bad, despite the reviews.
Still 5h to decide, i think it's going down to the wire, but probably gonna pass.
$1 pre-order would be insta-buy, but $2.5 makes me wonder what the hell are they thinking as the post-pre-order price... I mean, like most people have mentioned, that's the price of some IG or BS bundles with 8-12 games, not 5. :/
But then again, except for a bundle or two, i've always found Groupees extremely disappointing. :(

There is a bit of explanation up here in the thread if you search. Apparently you can use it to buy bundles with them (alongside payment method), but not preorder them. However I am not sure of the value as I don't have it myself. You'll apperantly also be able to trade it in the future.
I personally think they are overhyping the whole thing and using it to both increase the sales and the bundles prices.

As for this particular bundle, despite Teslagrad, kinda glad i didn't get the bundle.

I'm perfectly happy with this :D Finally SP bundle again with comics, Teslagrad looks great, Avenging Angel can be sh*t but I wanted to try it out, kind of similar with Damnation. Plus we got a coin. Though only wort the preorder, the 5 $ is a little steep.

It's not even that the games are almost all low-rated (which they are), it's that all but one has been bundled elsewhere for cheaper in the past [and the exception looks terrible anyway].
Add in the weird 'well, we couldn't get a 6th game so you get a $1 off non-preorder bundles coin: But you have to still pay exactly $1 more on the bundle for it' bit that the staff threw out...
Reeeeally not a fan of this bundle :P

I was really debating getting the bundle for the coin, but then I used the same logic as you ... I figured "well, what's the point of getting a $1 coin that can't even be used to preorder the bundles?" and the pre-orders are discounted anyways .. so I don't know where I'd be using the coin besides eventually being able to trade it.
I have learned to trust in the community's opinion and not use my own judgment for these preorder bundles XD I'm a terrible guesser.
Not sure if you are thanking me, but I'm so happy I get to work with people like you and the rest of the Steam community in figuring these bundles out and coming up with an idea of whether or not the bundles are worth it. It's fun! and I feel like part of a family <3

From the games perspective this is a poor bundle. Lot's of poor bundles on Groupees of late.
Btw Damnation is a SSS game (triple shyt)...

Well, that was ####ing terrible. The quality of these titles should have made it a $1 pre order, not this kind of price. This was filler.
