Random Coupons, wut?

So today, I got a random 75% Off Serious Same 3 coupon in my Inventory.

My friend says he randomly got a Dungeon Hearts coupon and a 10,000,000 coupon in his inventory.

Did anyone else happen to get (a) random coupon(s) in their inventory?

EDIT: So it seems the 4 "groups" of coupons were...

(1) 75% off Seirous Sam 3
(2) 50% off Duke Nukem 3D
(3) 25% off Dungeon Hearts, 50% off 10,000,000
(4) Nothing (lol)

EDIT: Alright, so we know that everyone got a coupon. But does anyone know why? Or was it just a weird thing Valve did because they were bored?

EDIT: It's been confirmed on who got which Coupon.
Owners of Duke Nukem 3d Got Serious Sam 3 Coupon,
Owners of Serious Same 3 got Duke Nukem 3D Coupons,
Owners of 10,000,000 got Dungeon Hearts Coupon,
Owners of Dungeon Hearts got 10,000,000 Coupon,
Owners of none of the 4 games got nothing.

According to this, the coupons are from Devolver digital and it goes like this.

People who bought Serious Sam 3 will get a coupon for Duke 3D (supposedly won't work for those who got the game from a key)
People who bought Duke 3D will get a coupon for Serious Sam 3
People who bought Dungeon Hearts will get a coupon for 10,000,000
People who bought 10,000,000 will get a coupon for Dungeon Hearts

In otherwords, anyone who used the 75% off coupon for Serious Sam 3 when it stacked with the 75% discount got a Duke 3D coupon!
