Its not a trial.

Its a time limited giveaway of the game. If you claim it during the dates listed, you get to keep it. Its just like when Steam does limited time GAs.

They just co-opted an already existent URL on their site that says "Trial" on it and didn't edit it before launching the offer.

according to the ubisoft twitter its free to keep forever
