i wouldnt worry about it... the franchise pack simply combines 'all saints row items'... and since both sr4 and century are on steam, they both got added to the pack. think of it as a listing error, not that youre paying for the same game twice - i dont think you even get two separate entries for the games..

Why does Steam have on their site Saints Row Ultimate Franchise Pack where it has Saints Row IV + all dlc as well as Saints Row IV: Game of the Century Edition. Isn't that a rip off buying Saints Row IV twice? I think I've seen something like this on some other packs/bundles on Steam.
