tried it and still nothing. Also tried logging out and back in again, but there is no Dota 2 in the list for me. there are dooms, and then some double packs, but no dota in between...

well I guess its finally taken out of the list

Hmm, this is really weird. I just checked and it seems like I wouldn't be able to make a giveaway for Dota 2 either (not that I'd want to, but still). I have no idea what's going on :/
