All right. I've decided to giveaway Fallout New Vegas. But... There's a tiny problem with this version. It's for Eastern Europe.
But... You can still play it in English. There are some issues with DLCs but I think I have covered everything what you might expect from this version here

Solution for Q11:

"Use only "true" and "false" as answers."
So bound by this you are stuck with a number "11". In "math logic"/binary/computer science "1" is usually interpreted as "true", "0" as "false". So the easiest way to "interpret" "11" is "true true" (can be "truetrue" but it looks ugly :).
