WB account dissapear from my humble bundle account

Some days ago I trade with someone cards for the WB bundle and It works fine I only redeem 1 key because I want to trade the other.
today I tried to access to the keys and it say this: Unknow key! and the keys don't appear.

I tried to access to the keys from the library of humble bundle but I only have the HB9 in the library.

I talked with the person who trade with me the bundle and it say that I must be tryed to redeem the key when I get the bundle because humble bundle delete the bundle because they don't want that people trade the keys.

I'm not sure in that but I want to ask that here.
