Just for info. I found link to Saints Row IV Game of the Century Upgrade Pack only from any page with included dlc. No info about upgrade on Saints Row IV or Saints Row IV: Game of the Century Edition. It only in Russian store?

Page works, but it doesn't show on the Saints Row IV page. But can be found only if you open it via link, like yours.

Here is also a page to the Russian Steam Store of this click just 61 rub

But you can buy from Origin or Uplay stores this way, they don't care, but if something goes wrong or your language is not available in the game, then they won't offer you support, I did it, but I simply deactivated my java script on Firefox(this is another way of doing it) and opened the Origin or Uplay store of another country to buy games, and all worked correctly, but never do this on Steam.

Its not Russian store only. Dunno why its not advertised better. I just bought it (US store) and it comes with all the DLC.

For the sale price of the upgrade pack ? I'd say yes.

Edit to elaborate:
I thought both the story dlcs were worth it. Enter the Dominatrix more than the xmas one, but I don't regret getting the season pass to get both. All the costumes & stuff, I'd think are overpriced for what you get. Except maybe the extra skins for the dubstep gun, because killing people with more variation in music adds to the surreal comedy.

But as this pack is the same price as the season pass, and you'll notice that you essentially get the costumes & stuff for free.

Some are, some aren't. At a cheap price, you can't go wrong with a few extra laughs and a few hours of extra gameplay.
