Can't enter group giveaways?

Have you tried turning it off and then back on?

It happend to me a couple of times but i could enter them after i sync again... strange, better contact support

ussualy when the site is working waaaay too slow the sync doesn't work that good...try to resync

I synced my account 5 times yesterday, 2 times today - and still SG finds no groups :(

Ha ha, i was able to enter group giveaways 1 min ago.
Then i resynced my account, and now i can't enter anymore :)

Same here, it tells me that I'm not member of any group, sync does not fix it.

I'm member of 50+ groups for very long time and also I did not had this problem few days ago.

Created ticket, hope they will fix it soon so I can enter group giveaways.

Mmm in an evil way I'm glad it's just not me (sorry!). I wont bother creating a ticket, no need to flood poor bobo et al with hundreds of them for the same issue. Plus - I'm only a member of one giveaway group, no harm it letting someone else win for a change :D

Same problem. Also having login issues. Something is up, but its not just you.

I re-synced successfully via Steamtrades. Go over to Steamtrades and sync your account there. Same method as on SG.
