Anyone here who pre-ordered Celldweller's End of an Empire - Chapter 01: Time?
Because I did and I got my hands on a pre-release of EoaE. And I rate this song:

11/10 - EPIC

Because it is, effing epic! It may be hype talking but it's actually one of the best Klay's songs I have heard. And I heard them all (those released to public at least).
What do YOU, people who pre-ordered Time, think about EoaE?

Edit: Revolver shared the track, so give it a listen!

Apparently Revolver shared EoaE audio track on YouTube so everyone can give it a listen. Go on then! ^^

Celldweller overall has really good music, and I appreciate him always being willing to bundle it on groupees very much! We had some fantastic tracks from him only on last Christmas (the ones he wrote for DR3).

I love how he's always so open to his fans that he even responds to facebook messages he gets on daily basis. :3

Well I liked his musics in KickBeat. Found Tough Guy (not Tim ISmag remix), and I really like it. It really gives the bass through my Razer Kraken Pro Neon headphones ^^

I didn't pre-ordered it, but I really like this End of an Empire Song :)

Aren't there only Switchback and I Can't Wait In KickBeat? At least that's what Steam Store page says.
Oh, you found it elsewhere, alright. I thought you meant you found it in game. :P

Before Celldweller (and briefly during the AngelDust collusion that crashed and burned - seriously, FUCK Criss Angel), there was Circle of Dust, and Albert Scott (or Scott Albert even further back).

His early stuff was pretty rough (and compared too much to a NIN-wannabee by 'Christian' music magazines). But his finest and final release was CoD was 'Disengage'. That CD was played to death by myself and brother. We raided ZIA Records for months 'til a used copy came in, which we promptly purchased and listened to on repeat.

Ripped the tracks to .mp3 for glorious Napster and WinAmp (llama ass-whippings ensued). Those tracks have since been lost. I should see if any still exist out in the wild.

Unfortunately I didn't get to hear any before-Celldweller Scott's material. I'll search for those some day.

Yep. I used to follow them back in the Circle of Dust days. Then... they went apostate.

Working with the "Christian" music industry could make anyone not blinded by faith and with a strong distaste for corruption and actions opposite Biblical teachings to go apostate.

I admire you interest in him, but he's not the best for me, perhaps my favourite industrial/electronic rock act? sure, maybe tied with blue stahli, maybe, but there's some artists like better than Celldweller. :)

The Birthright remix by Blue Stahli is great (It's called Birthwrong. Included in Soundtrack For Voices In My Head, iirc.)

I think his last couple albums had been filled with a lot of dubstep and I didn't care for it much. But this song feels like its going back a bit to when I was really into him. Great song. I look forward to hearing the full album when its released.

Should be good. Can't believe I was only introduced to Celldweller through Need For Speed, lol, so some good DOES come from playing EA Games sometimes
