I actually think he'll run it quite well... My laptop is basically the same and it ran Black Ops 2 on almost max details (everything maxed except antialias/aniso) on 1600/900 resolution in 45-60 fps. Usually CoD games tend to be quite well optimized, and the 630m ain't that slow. It ain't an epic mobile gpu, but it does it's job quite nicely even in new games

You might be able to run it on low graphics. CPU may not be biggest problem. Biggest problem probably is your graphics card. But since most laptops aren't made for gaming I don't understand why people still buy them. If you need one for your work - buy cheaper one for work and get desktop computer for games. Will be much cheaper then upgrading laptop after 2 or 3 years.

People who travelling a lot, I think. I love gaming in my laptop because I can bring them anywhere. Graphics is not an issue, I should expect I only can be able to run any newer games on low or med anyway.
Not to mention I have nearly no interest on any AAA new releases.

You're better off selling it and getting a gaming laptop from somewhere like Ibuypower or cyberpower. The problem with laptops is that you can't really build your own gaming laptop.

Gaming laptops aren't worth it. If you need a laptop for school/work just buy a small 13-15,4" one with moderate power to be able to surf, write documents and whatever you have to do. Gaming Laptops are usually fairly big 17"+, you don't want to carry them around on a daily basis. I hated to take my 15,4" laptop to school everyday because it's fairly heavy including accessories.
Use the money to buy yourself a real gaming PC instead, even if you have to invest more initially, it will be worth it in the end. You can always upgrade your gaming PC, you don't have to fear overheating or expensive exchange of broken parts.
