how can you be so sure? maybe it'll turn out sh*t. or it'll be a good game but will be a bad port -if it's a port. you can't tell before you see some gameplay with your own eyes.

It's obvious that WD is going to be diffirent to GTA. I would rather compare it to the newest Deus EX!
It's an ubisoft game, and they don't feel anything like Rockstar games's games.

Titanfall is like a CoD from the good times of CoD, but with some fun things and sped up x4, with ten times more adrenaline and fun. However I couldn't shake the feeling that this game is basically a test / moneybait before the "main" titanfall 2. as in... Titanfall just snoops around, checks what people like and if it sells. Oh and also titanfall has absolutely no singleplayer (that might be important), even the campaign is multi (and I love how they've done it :D)

Watch_dogs on the other hand isn't realased yet so I can't tell anything about it HOWEVER heres what I have to say anyway:

  • It looked very, very pretty back in 2012 @ E3 presentation and SOMEHOW got utterly ugly in 2014 in a demo (that means they lied!)
  • It's not even released and there are already huge discounts on it ($5 in Brazil!)
  • It feels somewhat cheap to me. Like a usual money-taking crappy game... On the other hand Sleeping Dogs felt cheap when I played it but still enjoyed (BUT it didn't feel cheap from the trailer, this game does and that's what is suspicious)

I would say - Wait for Watch_Dogs to release, then wait a week and check some gameplays for both games on youtube aaand user+critic rating on metacritic and decide then.

Also I would like to add this:
I say Watch_dogs will be complete disaster, 6/10 game with nothing cool in it.
I say it now so later I can prove I knew it after everybody cries after the release :D
And if it will actually be good then you all can laugh at me :P

It got ugly in 2014 because they had to cut out everything to let it run on last-gen consoles

As someone who played the crap out of Titanfall's beta and loved it...I'd lean towards Watch Dogs, assuming they pull it off. I love singleplayer experiences, especially sandbox ones. But there's no telling how good it actually is until release. I'd wait and see how it gets reviewed.

I can't understand why you cant choose. Of course choose watchdogs. Titanfall is EA game and we all know EA. It's like choosing between a hand and a girl.

EA mostly kept their grubby hands off Titanfall, which is one reason why it's so good.

With $60, you can easily get both Titanfall and Watch Dogs (uplay only).

Titanfall is the first game I got at launch, but it hasn't quite lived up to its hype. It is Call of Duty with mechs, and unfortunately it does get boring quickly, even with the new game modes.

Watch dogs is a sandbox game, one of my favourite types of games, judging by my play time.

TLDR: get both if you can, but watch dogs seems to have more potential.

This. Titanfall 6V6 Online Only game. its not all that good. I love mechs from back in the day of Battletech. you start the game without a mech wait 3 minutes or less depending on kills you get. sure there is minions but the AI is atrocious even if you have your mech just follow you.

Comparing games knowing that one of them hasn't been even released --> +350 to stupidity.
You cannot even compare them . It is like comparing Shrek with Inception ... 2 different genres.

For what I've seen Watch Dog(e)s is more single-player oriented, while Titanfall (which I've played) is all multiplyaer but still funny alone (I mean, playing online but not with your friends). They're different games.

I would suggest Watch Dogs. Because you would get a much more fulfulling single player experience . Though it has a lot of hype surrounding it and I'm quite apprehensive whether the game will deliver , some of the new gameplay elements being boasted seem very interesting. Like the ability to hack other players single player missions to get boost in your own playthrough etc. Kinda like invading in Dark Souls. Also the dynamic cover system, where you can hack devices to move or affect them to create new cover for you to hide behind etc.

Titanfall is a good game , make no mistake. Its like a very well made version of CoD with an entire new avenue of movement and gameplay. More than the mechs , in my opinion the strong point of titanfall lies in the absolutely myriad number of pathways the game allows you to navigate and adds a whole new level of positional advantages/disadvantages. But unless you are a hardcore competitive multiplayer enthusiast , you 'll eventually get burned out and bored quickly.

Thats my opinion, final point, Watch Dogs seems like a more prudent choice.
