Syder Arcade was part of the IndieFort Countdown Bundle also.

Not.
From what i read, you will get a discount for the season pass based on the number of episodes you have.
Edit : Found it
"When you receive your STEAM keys you'll get a code for the episodes you bought and you can dowload them invidually, however, because STEAM only sells Cognition as a single package you will also receive a discount code for Cognition based on how many episodes you've bought (meaning the more episodes you own the greater the discount)."

Yup. I bought it earlier at 75% off. Steam will warn you that you already own some of the items and that you won't get extra copies.
There's two listings in Steam. If you already have episodes you buy the one with "Season One" in the title. That's the one Steam will take you to if you click on the Store Page from your library entry for the game.

I have a question about Cognition. It's available as Season 1 on Steam. Can someone tell me how many episodes this season contains? Those two that were released in bundles before? Or more? And if only those two - is it a full season, I mean, closed one? There'll be no more episodes in this season, just the next one?

BTW: Aside from what you wrote in the first post both Cognition episodes were also available in Capsule Computers Groupee. You may want to add it to the OP :)
Proof:
I hope that either Groupees, Desura or IR will provide Steam keys for it. This game looks great :)

Some additional info on the Cognition keys:
Hey everyone, the status with the STEAM keys is as follows:
If you bought the game through the Phoenix Online store or you're a Kickstarter backer then it was emailed yesterday, if you didn't get your steam key, please check your spam folder. If you bought Cognition through a bundle, then we will send the keys to the bundle sites and they will then email them to you.
If you bought it through any other means (like Gamersgate or another store) please forward us your receipt to support@postudios.com and we will send you your key ASAP.
I hope this helped clear some doubts :)
I think we need to take the 'e-mail them to you' part with a grain of salt, otherwise you can expect them soon, and in case of Groupees - soonish.
One of the most common question was "when will my bundle website email me a Steam Key?"
As it happens, we've already sent Steam keys to every bundle website except groupees (we're waiting on them to tell us how many keys they need.)
More info on discounts and keys here.

Not looking like Indie Royale Thoughtful Bundle is going to give Cognition Episode 2 key =(

Oh, well, that's good to know. Hopefully IR delivers them before the launch discount period ends

No. but you get a 25% discount for each episode you do own.
So if you own the first 2 episodes you get a 50% discount on the whole season, which stacks with the current 25% sale. It's 75% off right now for me :)
They disabled gifting though, so you can't buy and trade the 75% off copies.

The DLC is just for the keys, if you buy the Season after activating the keys only Episodes 1 and 2 will show as DLC

Seems really strange that they don't sell the episodes separately. But apparently it's a Valve/Steam policy, and not the dev's fault. The dev wants to make the 25% discount per episode for people who own the first 2 permanent though, which is nice :)

I hope Indie Royale will also provide Steam keys for this game.

As movac said, Humble Store is giving keys for Escape Goat. Trying to reveal my Steam key from Desura says "You need to get keys from Indie Royale where this game was purchased." so I guess we should wait for them.
If anyone has received keys for Escape Goats somewhere please let me know

LAST UPDATE: 27/08/14
FiftyDkpMinus created a Steam Group in wich the purpose of this thread will continue, please join! I'm also an admin of it :P
UPDATE: 18/08/14
So, I have to apologize to everyone for not being active in this thread anymore. I kept postponing because I was busy, and the games' list was growing and growing, as the comments in this thread. When the whole thing started, more than an year ago games were not greenlit so frequently.
I tought I could catch up, my original idea was to make a v2.0 of this thread.
This community is really great and I was happy to do something for it, but now I must face that I started too many projects in my life and I just can't keep this one going for now.
I think that the best thing is to pass this thread to someone else, like a group of people who can update a google doc or something.
Thanks to all of you that made this thing possible, I couldn't have done it without you; to be honest, you did most of the work, I simply sorted all the infos you gave me.
I'm really sorry for this, but my life is kind of a mess already, and I'm sure someone else can do a better job at this than myself.
Hi all, many of us, like me, probably bought many bundles in which some games were not available on Steam at the time, but they were on Greenlight and so we bought them pre-emptively just to get a 'free' Steam key later.
Recently a lot of Greenlight games came out on Steam, so my question is: which games are you waiting to get a key for?
Since I've been suggested to make a kind of database, I ask to help me to build it saying which games you got where.
Italic text means that keys are not available yet.
Released games that give or will give 'free' keys:
Greenlit or released/comingsoon games that were in a bundle or could be bought elsewhere and may give keys:
