Yeah I know, Im spanish and I know my english aint perfect but god what that guy wrote is atrocius. And we are talking about a big, known company that for sure is asking for some requirements to get a job, with a 99% chance on one of them being good level of english.
And considering english is maybe "the language" when programming I highly doubt anyone on Valve can't talk better than that
