I've had that key activated on my account for over a month now. But I just tried finding a Steamgifts announcement about it and couldn't find any. I guess I may have just seen the one from the group at the time.

They made an announcement through their Greenlight Project on May 16:

If you were looking for an 'announcement' thread on SG, I don't remember if one was made or not, but this doesn't seem like the logical place to come for that sort of thing. A) Because there is no actual announcement system here and it's just a bunch of threads in a jumbled forum, and B) because this likely isn't the only place they visited to get support on their project, so rather than go back to every place to make an 'announcement' it would have made more sense to manage it all from a centralized point (hence the giveaway group).

I remember seeing the announcement from the group and that's when I got my key in the first place.
However, there's almost always someone creating a thread about these things on SG and I was surprised I could find one. (Well, except for this one, of course.) I often pick up on these from here because I don't always see announcements from groups unless I scroll through pages and pages of activity history.

Fair enough. That's why I've disabled most of the stuff on my activity feed except for group announcements and greenlight project announcements that I am 'following', since I found most of it to be crap I don't really care to see. Hopefully some day Valve will add the ability to configure settings for groups individually. Basically I just use to get news updates.

This thread made me interested in the game so I found a trader to get it. I think its quite engaging. A simple looking puzzler that is actually quite challenging. I wish I hadn't of missed this, but I did and Im glad I got the game. I remember seeing it on the PSN store too, but never gave it much thought.

I even forgot about this game, since it was 5 month ago, but apparently they started giving key on May 16th. I found it accidentally while they opened a new thread.
Nobody posted about this, so I decided to do.
Also ppl who voted for "Heavy Fire Afghanistan" and are on the group, as I read their game should come on 10th August, so please if someone would remember about this for that time, post in the forums, so we won't miss it.
