Why my Tropico 3 humble bundle gift link is not working?

Hello,
My humble bundle gift link for Tropico 3 is not working. I had it in my unread mail, so I'm sure it is unused, but when I put the link I see:
This week's free game: Tropico 3 is OVER, but you can still buy it at 85% off

Anyone knows why?

It's over, the links expired after a time.

The links expire after 2 weeks and Not after 3 days.

Oh, I didn't know that... My links expired and I assumed it was normal.

Nope. It could very well be because people exploited the giveaways and got 50 to 100 links for themselves.
Some maybe even resold the keys.

Yes Receiver and Tropico 3 keys expired, they were supposed to work longer.

Thank you very much, but it's not for me, it's for a friend. If my link don't work later, I'll tell him to find a gift in this forum.

Edit: Have you the same problem? Could that be a temporary error of Humble Bundle? I hope so!

I'd contact HumbleBundle, because I think the link wasn't supposed to expire until sometime in October.

Humble's gift link system has errors sometimes, you gotta contact support for another working link. It's a hassle though, for a free game.
