Ceebers's idea with points is good, but I was rather thinking like visual novel mixed up with other genres depending on what mission (thread) you're currently on.
There would be few kinds of threads - begging, trolling, serious discussion, "serious" discussion and so on.
For example begging thread would be a shooter, puzzle thread would be of course puzzle, blah blah blah.
Dibs on making soundtrack!
