Even if you not scammer,ppls still report you. And when someone trades with you while having many reports,they have a message saying you reported for being fraud. Thats just annoying because of beggars(most of them report you for not giving like TF2 key or something expensive),canceled trades because of that message and such.

About the message... If enough people report you, yes, but it's not permanent and no one gives a damn about that 'warning' so who cares. :P

Why would anyone trade skyrim for a game that is not only free to play, but a game that anyone who entered the beta got accepted to and given 6 additional keys to give away? not to mention a rushed, cut rate MOBA like Dead Island: Epidemic ?!?

they can see your trade history so there was no scam they will get into shit for false reports like that.
