There is a new phone from Amazon, Amazon Fire Phone, with individual or family plan the price is ok.

I buy the Lenovo A850 one year ago and it works really good.
Have 1gb ram, 5,5", quad core processor, is a good quality chinnese phone.

im tired of smart phones with only 1gb of ram... i app a lot so it sucks when my phone starts to lag.... android razr is horrid with memory management
