i say that you are right! you cant be too careful when scams are going all around steam,for instance, in the holiday sale event i got like 4 coal and someone asked me for it and said that he will give it to me back in 2 hours, so i was nice and gave him the coal, but after that, i found out he was not in my friends list anymore which means i hwas scammed, couldnt have any game crafts after that and i was more careful from that day.

Ignoring the fact that you're not meant to call people out on here, since for all anyone knows you edited that to oblivion (it's not even a screen cap, I could make a thread now about how "F0ku5 tried to scam me!" with some bullshit made up chat log) - what's to say this guy is actually a scammer? For all you know, he's some paranoid guy that knows jack shit about how PayPal works and is scared of being scammed himself.
