Totally agreed.

Played the demo on my ps3, it's actually pretty good. There are characters from each story arc, and you can play as Iggy!

You hear, but you didn't played it yet, right? Also if you didn't read the manga yet, do it.

Why would you ever say "hard to port"? If they can port Naruto and Dragon Ball....

Just let TF2 modding community get their hands on all those fancy boxes! Boxes are just like hats, but more boxy!

This is really nice news as I am a DBZ fan but I would have preferred one of the older games such as Budokai Tenkaichi 3 or Raging Blast as Xenoverse looks like it could be a lot like Battle of Z which was not very good.

"DRAGONBALL Z XENOVERSE coming to steam!"

NOPE!

But Dragon Ball Xenoverse is!

It's based on DBZ, not Dragon Ball in general (which would include the first series, the better one IMO. GT isn't canon)

I was referring to fixing the title, not as to what the game was about.

Well, everything is automatically based on Dragon Ball, since source material (manga) never used "DBZ" as a moniker.

Awesome. I've had so much fun playing Budokai Tenkaichi 1, 2 and 3 on pcsx2 and I'm really glad they decided to port the game to run natively on Windows.

Those are the best DBZ games ever made, and they never did a game as good like those since then...

Is this something like a DBZ mmo or are the battles more like a fighting game?

I looked at a trailer and had some parts in a open worldish place. I've only played one of the earlier Budokai so I can't remember if it had that too.

Forbidden Siren is developed by a First Party Sony Studio, but I would love if the Fatal Frame and Silent Hill games came to Steam!

I heard various opinions. Same with Homecoming, some people say it's shit and some love it. I liked Homecoming very much and I'd love to try Downpour to see for myself.

I thought it was terrible (Homecoming, that is). Game was significantly dumbed down to shorten the gap for western audience, although there was no need to do so, therefore the gameplay and suspense (which is one of the defining elements of every SH) suffered quite a bit. Main character is some generic Vietnam war vet and he even wears this neat dogtag around his neck in case you need a constant reminder about that. There was too much emphasis on combat and all these related new gameplay elements just took away a whole lot out of the conventional SH experience. I never thought it was necessary to evade my enemies, have finishing moves brought upon them and whatnot in aspect of separate gameplay elements. I consider it almost as bad as SH4: The Room but the latter is bad for all the different reasons. And how did they manage to worsen the graphics compared to SH3 is just beyond me. I even had a neat comparison picture of SH3/SH:H but it was on imageshack and last time i checked it was deleted from there for some reason. only thing that was good about SH:H was OST cause that was the last collaboration with Yamaoka. After Homecoming everything just started going downhill and Downpour was no exception to that

Homecoming wasn't created by Konami and that's why it's different. I don't consider it bad though. I think it was a good, solid game. Atmosphere was great (partly thanks to Akira's music), levels were nice, bosses were pretty cool and fighting was nice. I agree that it doesn't even come close to SH 2 and 3 but it's definitely better than The Room which was one of the most annoying and tideous games I've ever played. After The Room who's to say that the next SH title created by Konami would be better than this? I enjoyed Homecoming.
