Love & Hate but want to improve

Hi - I'm Troy McClure. You might remember me from such topics as "Flip Page for Giveaway" or "I can't believe it's not [...]".

Though with the year coming to an end, I'd like you all to write down one thing you love about yourself, and one thing you hate about yourself but want to change in 2013 in response to this topic.
