cant install SteamGift Plus on Chrome

when i do like in the tutorial it said

it cant work if it not from Chrome Shop and it been Cancelled/Disabled

There was a change in how plugins are allowed to be installed.
You can still install TamperMonkey for Chrome, then SteamgiftsPlus for TamperMonkey.
