This sounds like a SteamTrades issue. Why is it posted in the SG forum?
In answer to your question, it may take quite a while before you receive a response, "Bump" your post once every two to three weeks and just wait for them to respond.

Steamtrades issues are always posted on sg forums. Strades is essentially for trades only. There is no visibility for help threads because they are bumped off the front page within 5 to 10 minutes. I believe support has also stated at one point to post non-trade threads on sg.

LOL, I just checked your SteamTrades profile and I have exactly the same scammer who -repped me, can't imagine how many profiles could be involved in this. I reported the guy every place possible and I opened a ticket 4 weeks ago to remove it.

So somebody fake -repped me for commenting on a thread where he's scamming people (was selling alpha evolve keys as full game).I know support is busy, so I've just waited and waited so far, but no cigar.
I think it's been 3-4 weeks since I posted on the rep misuse thread, and 2 weeks since I finally decided to post a ticket as well.
The thing is the -rep seems to have had quite some impact on my business, and especially with the sale season happening now that's a lot of lost opportunities, and I don't know what course of action I should do next. Any advices?
