Over 500 games beaten and over 55 games 100%'ed! MILESTONE celebration! [Ended! Answers posted!]

As of right now I've finished 501 video games on PC and in 56 of them I collected every single achievement. This calls for a celebration!

I prepared a few giveaways for you as well as two puzzles which also include giveaways.

Let's start with something modest:

And now let's move on to the puzzles.

1st puzzle is about me as a Steam and SG user. All answers can be found on my Steam profile and on my Steam Gifts profile. The game I'm giving away is non-bundled of course and was published by Namco. There's no CV required to enter the giveaway.

PUZZLE 1#

2nd puzzle is about the games I've beaten and 100%'ed. All answers can be found in the first post of this thread. Second puzzle: missing Q2, Q8, Q12, Q15.
Q2: I tried a lot of answers that were generally good, but not what you picked... :/
Q8: I am pretty sure I got the name of the game, though it can't seem to work.
Q12: Well, too annoyed to check up one by one.
Q15: Is there any way to pick the number without guessing it?(any way, such as the ways on Q13,14).

i have problem with q8 too o.O Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth is the only game with cthuhlu he played but it don't work

Copy/paste the name from the Steam store. If it doesn't work it means you have the wrong game.
