Seconding "American Mcgee's Alice" and "Arcanum of Steamworks and Magick Obscura".
Plus my own list: Space rangers 1&2, Deadpool, C&C: Red Alert 2.
And, of course, it would be really nice not to feel that steam versions of games are fucking crippled when it comes to installing mods (especially noticeable for old games — mods simply does not support steam version, I had to pirate already bought games).

What would bringing blizzard games to steam net anyone? I disagree, most people who play those play those alone (or very few other games) and steam integration with them would add nothing to either platform. What do you think we'd gain?

Both Blizzard and Minecraft have huge user bases that could be hooked into the Steam community. Being exposed to Steam could get them playing more games. I don't know about you, but I play many more games than I used to back when I was buying individual boxed games. Steam would gain much more than the additional users the games would get...thus it won't happen.
I might pick up an copy of Warcraft 2 or Diablo 2 if they were available on Steam.

I don't know about you but I prefer having all of my games on one platform. I tend to forget about my GOG/Origin/Desura games.
For me:
American Mcgee's Alice (it used to be included with Alice Madness Returns, but to my great dismay it's not included in the Steam copy :( It's the better game of the two.)
Arcanum of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2
Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven (I know it used to be on Steam but was removed due to expired copyrights)
All the Heroes of Might and Magic (Only V is on Steam))/Might and Magic games (VI and X are already on Steam)
All Elder Scrolls games (Arena, Daggerfall, Battlespire and yes even Redguard, maybe mobile game ports too (I played Stormhold on phone)
Star Wars RACER OMFG such an amazing game it was!
Black and White 1+2
Total War Shogun I., Medieval I.
Battlefield 1942 (probably the only WWII. themed game I like)
