i have 50 beta invites for DOTA2 - and i will probably have more by the end of the day

but instead of just giving them away, i was hoping to do something good while doing so

I don't have a lot of money these days, so i can't support charity - i have done a bit in the past

so here is what i propose:

i have set up a CrowdRise donation page called Bang For Your Buck - it is currently set up to accept donations towards the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) - it can be changed if i get a better suggestion but WWF is something i have been supporting in the past

so whoever donates 1 dollar or more, can if they want, get a DOTA2 beta invite - while supplies last (as i said i start out with 50 invites)

i will let this run until Friday

Hope this doesn't offend anyone or break any rules

EDIT:
Please note that i do not profit from this in any way

Update #1 i now have 81 invites

Or just add me, without donating anything, because I got 2 copies I don't need.

Don't be a dick. Please. It's not about the free games, it's about something bigger.

nice idea but...I don't think anybody would "buy" a copy of Dota2. Everybody here has it already.

...and if anybody wnt to support WWF he is able to donate directly. But seriously: good luck with that!

It's not about buying Dota 2!
It's about helping the charity you selfish! :|

thats not selfish ;) Its called being realistic :) I truly believe OP is doing this for the greater good. But its "the buyer" who will have to pay and i don't think they will, just because this game is everywhere :) I think OP has a better shot if he does some kind of livestream on dota2 with the people who received a copy :) Look for some sponsors(maybe valve?).
if OP is interested in doing something just add me on steam and we will figure out some kind of charity thing :D

Nice move!

Sadly the vast majority of people would have DOTA already. But the intention is very nice! :D

Dont donate it to WWF! Theyre doing shit like PETA, instead donate it to Greenpeace.

if more people agree - and actually donate, it takes me 10 sec's to change what charity it goes to
