The clock widget is a skin called Sertion but the program is called rainmeter so you just add the skin and then can put it on the desktop. The notes, volume and music control are called Enigma (another skin)
The icons on the dock up above is a program called rocketdock.
My setup isn't really too impressive, it's under my bunk bed in my room:
Sony 3D ps3 display, Inspiron 15r Windows 8: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U CPU @ 1.80 GHz, 8gb ram. 64 bit, and decent speakers with a good sub-woofer to jam to :D
I'm looking to upgrade to a gaming PC but in the mean time I'm making do with what I got :P

Actually, Windows Aero consumes some RAM, maybe not that much, but it's enough to make a difference. I have it turned off, and I see an increment in the ammount of fps in games like Dota 2, Crysis 3, etc. BUT, I have a horrible video card at the moment (gt 610 1gb), so that may be the reson...
