Square Enix, because I am a fanboy of Final Fantasy franchise. But still - everything they make is pretty good. They often stick to the old traditions, like making single player linear games, but I like them!

Capcom even though they have bad marketing practices are the closest devs that I know of who make "console-style" games for PC.
Also,Konami and Kojima for Silent Hill and Metal Gear. If only I repaired my PS3, maybe I would have more time to replay MGS4. :(
