Hi. I'm kinda new in here so...
If the winner won't claim the key in 24 hours (he didn't answer my e-mails, and didn't leave any feedback)
should i request a new winner, or wait more.
Is there any rules about it?

Because waiting 10 minutes before someone finally posts an answer is DEFINITELLY faster than checking the FAQ (which, with quick search, would probably take like full two damned minutes!)...

You should read the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).
You have to wait 7 days before you can request a new winner (as well as you as a creator have 7 days to give the game to the winner before he can mark it as "not received") ;)

Honestly, with the time this thread have already taken you in monitoring and writing, you could have checked the F.A.Q. three times for the answer. Regardless, it's a week before you request a new winner.

More to the point, reading the FAQ will give you knowledge of the site rules and keep you from making the really dumb mistakes that ignorant people always make.
