In not calling anyone a liar, just saying that it isn't a regional thing (happened with me too).

Punisher costs $1,99 (unless it was free before and now it has a price, i don't know).

After adding the comics to the cart, Just proceed to the checkout. Then you'll see a "My Comics" tab. Select your comic and click on the "Read Comic" option.

Their "Buy Once, Read Anywhere" tagline is quite misleading then. "Anywhere" includes offline devices, and that means being able to transfer the files from one PC to another. I'm also not at all fond of having a collection tied to an online service that may not be around for long. While this is unavoidable for games, comics are tiny enough that an entire collection can be kept on a person's hard drive. What this site is doing is using DRM, and we all know how 'effective' that is.

I'm glad I got to find out what they're up to from this promo, I would have been quite pissed to discover it after actually spending money. And I don't know what their refund policy is.

You can get the Android/iOS app and read them from there. I believe that's about it.
