First reply came within a few hours, i responeded, its been 6 days now, still pending.
So it may go fast, it may not. Depends i guess.

I posted a support ticket to remove some fake negative feedback from my St profile. And that was 2 months ago, haven't heard anything since.

It depends. For example, i sent a chat unban request a month and a half ago and still havent got an answer. Just be patient, there arent that many mods and they have a shitload of tickets to do.

depends on the issue (whether it's time sensitive, important, etc.), how busy the volunteer mods are, how big the ticket queue is, etc.

You're not the only one who is waiting for their ticket. Please understand the support staff.
