I'm in college so if the procrastination ends is time to go and do the pile of stuff I was supposed to do.

Those of us who have small children never run out of things to do during "free time" (assuming we get any).

I've always found blackouts to be a useful reminder of what is truly important in life. The lack of electricity for a day or so gets me focused on important skills I tend to neglect otherwise, and I remember that most of the world has no electricity or gas or running water. People have successfully lived thus for thousands of years.
