That's a pretty old bundle, check out this thread by Kzwen. He definitely has it for Desura, he might have it on Steam as well.
Funny story, I just trade my Frozen Byte bundle this morning for the 2011 Holiday Half-Life 2 episode 1 gift bundle. o_O
