check if you didnt pressed it twice by mistake and you already have the game,if thats not the case then the game has been redemed by someone else

Tell the creator of the GA, see if you can get another copy. If that doesn't work, try to convince indiegala to issue a new one. Then if all else fails just wait until you can click "Gift not received" to leave the butthole some neg rep.

Well if you dont have then you have received an used key..the person has already used the key and gave you the link..Indiegala shows the profile of the person who has redeemed the key you shouldnt have disconnected that and used yours then you would have known who took the key

Looks like a hiccup by steam/indiegala's system to me. If the indiegala link itself is already redeemed they'd show it there as "redeemed to xxx's account" and wouldn't show you the "you can now redeem the game are you sure blah3" thing.
