This dick impersonated Yatterman and tried to scam me out of my games. He even bragged about making $2000 through scamming.

Yep. For future reference, if you plug in the custom ID on steamrep before the scammer changes it, it will provide the static identifiers so changing the custom ID doesn't do any good.
