They're not misleading anyone, the drawings are always vague and people just see what they want to see in those stupid doodles and then bitch that it was not what they imagined it would be. Also there's no preorders on this one as far as i can see.

I have already openly questioned their trustworthiness given the drawing that they did last time that was unquestionably of The Novelist. The other guesses that were wrong I'm okay with, but I have to call shady 'bait-and-switch' tactics on the part of Groupees for deliberately misleading people on that particular one. There's no fucking way that drawing was of the Tesla game.

Compared with the image people have linked to Quest for Infamy I'd be more inclined to allege deception if that guess turned out to be wrong.

There was no effort to mislead. This is a fun game that Jonny does. As indicated above, folks read into what is created which is intentionally quite crude. It just seemed like almost an exact picture of the Novelist cover I linked above, so there was a bit of "wait... what?" at the reveal.

What does the fact that it's new have to do with anything? They had Eador Masters of the Broken World in a Be Mine months after release because it was not selling. Release dates mean nothing it's all about sales figures. Plus Quest for Infamy is not even new, it's been out for over 6 months.
