Final Fantasy III heading to PC

Both seem quite possible now :) FFX-HD would be on top of my wishlist, but SE seems to go the "least effort"-road so far, so IV + After Years will probaply be next.

I hear it emulates rather well if you get the Wii version and run it on Dolphin. Just hearsay, of course.

The phone version is a slightly improved port of the DS version. Why are you worried about that? I'd be more worried that it's a bad game, because it is.

Of all the FF games to want an HD re-release of... Need some FF9 first, at the very least.

FFXII IZJS HD, please. Also a gloriously beautiful remake of FFV with built-in Four Job Fiesta options.

FF6 IS the best, has awesome graphics, best soundtrack, and a villain who destroyed the planet. (and not a mothercon like sephiroth in overrated fantasy 7)

One might assume, based on its title, that FF12 would be twice the game that FF6 is. But one would be wrong.

Seriously, get to playing it. Now. Best FF game by a wide margin, and I love most of them.

It isn't. They fixed that naming confusion in the PSX era, and this game's been released as FF3 on... what, four platforms now? DS, iOS, Android, and for some reason OUYA.

I don't even play CoD. You can't judge me just because I don't like games from the 90's or 80s because I said their textures are too low. Fool.

I guess so, it was too difficult to combat when you got to one hit kill enemies and it was always hard to switch your abilities on the fly, youre right. The ability spin bar was the best thing about the combat tough :)

PSVita.... their making a mistake by not making it avaivable on it. Oh.. you skipped the great classic console :( ? Ohhh.... few games.... sorry to hear. It would be best, esspecialy other PSP games, which wont happen. No hope for that :( ?? But.. the badly resoluted Final Fantasy from the 90s got on steam :( ...

Well my brother tried to install an emulator for me to play my favourite Pursuit Force games, and.... it failed... partialy... so i cant, pluss my toaster died because of three polish bastards. What?! It is great! Theres so many aspects to love about it, amazing music, characthers, locations and enviroments, amazingly High HD cutscenes, game is pasauble at any time, lovely power move spin bar which brings awesome attacks as you progress further and so on. I agree there were non enjoyable moments such story elements when Zack dies or when you do side missions and you get to monsters who are unstoppable, insanely fast and one hit kill attacks and abilities...

They don't suck. FF fans just hate change.

They cry for "bringing back the old systems" but when that happens they then cry "for something new". When something new comes, everyone hates it.

I have been playing Final Fantasy since FF1 for the NES. They each offer something different and unique, and of course they each have their own shortcomings. My personal favorite is Final Fantasy IV.

FFXIII/XIII-2/Lightning Returns are good games on their own, but for most it's either a "You love it or hate it" kinda thing. I personally loved them, the Paradigm Shift system was innovative and challenging at times. It improved with FFXIII-2 adding the monsters.

In my opinion, you aren't a real FF fan unless you like them all. They all have strengths and weaknesses, but they all excel at what they are designed for: storytelling. That's what RPGs are all about.
