Can't add Region free gift to account this morning

Hi everyone,

This morning i cant add any gift to my account also when i trade other people can't add gifts too. It give error ''it can be added already.''

Also my friend can't add any gift to their account too.

İs it common problem for now? Anyody got same problem?

''My account clean and i am always trading also I didn't use any new payment method. Also gifts region free not locked''
