It wasn't on sale earlier (when the deals changed) and the timer, as of now, lists it'll last for another 47h and 22 mins). Unless you meant the sale was delayed? Does it happen often?

it takes time for the notices to arrive but daily sales are added at noon and midnight central this sale. But it might be something for christmas day for all we know.

I just noticed (= got an email from isthereanydeal) that one of the games from my wishlist went on sale 20 mins ago on steam (it's listed as "daily deal" lasting 48h), which surprised me. Don't daily deals change at 6pm UTC? I'm talking in particular about star wars's games (knights of the old republic 1&2, force unleashed 1&2, empire of war which should be on a flash sale and battlefront 2 which, instead, has the same timer as those on flash sale, huh), but I guess there might be others.
